However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the City Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given three business days’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action. Each speaker will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak.

7. 1. Consider a resolution canvassing the General Election duly held in the City of Keller, Texas, on the 2nd day of May 2026, for Mayor, City Council Place 5 and City Council Place 6. 26-304 approve Pass

9. 3. Consider a resolution canvassing the Special Election duly held in the City of Keller, Texas, on the 2nd day of May 2026, to fill the unexpired term of City Council Place 4. 26-305 approve Pass
10. 4. Consider a resolution ordering a Runoff Election to fill the unexpired term of City Council Place 4, for the City of Keller, Texas to be held on the 13th day of June 2026, as set forth by the Charter and the Texas Election Code. 26-306 approve Pass
11. E. ADJOURN approve Pass
