Consider and take appropriate action on the first amendment to the First Amended and Restated Development Agreement between Kaufman One WW, LLC and the City of Kaufman, Texas for the Highland Meadows development, assigning the First Amended and Restated Highland Meadows Development Agreement from Kaufman One WW, LLC to Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC; and authorizing the Mayor or designee to execute necessary documents.
