Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting Ordinance 785-24 approving an Amendment to the existing Planned Development Agreement (SF-1 PD-597-15) for Meadowlands Phase 1, legally described as Lots 1-7, Block A. Generally located southwest from the intersection of FM 407 and Meadowview Drive; and take appropriate action.
