2. <div style="text-align: justify;">Consider approval of Resolution 852-26 authorizing the City Manager and Court Judge to sign an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with Department of Public Safety (DPS) - for City of Justin Court system to access TXCR site for electronic DL convictions; and take appropriate action.
3. <div style="text-align: justify;">Consider approval of Resolution 842-26, authorizing the City Manager to enter into an interlocal agreement with the City of Grapevine for the use of cooperative contracts that have been solicited and awarded by other government entities; and take appropriate action.
4. <div style="text-align: justify;">Under Section 551.072, to deliberate regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property related to the following:</div><ul><li>Justin Town Square</li><li>New Fairview water service</li></ul>
5. <div style="text-align: justify;">Consider adoption of Ordinance 858-26, second reading, to approve mid-year Budget Amendment(s); and take appropriate action.
