5. <div style="text-align: justify;">Recognition of City of Justin Finance Director Hailey Payne for passing her Certified Government Finance Officer exam and achieving the Certified Government Finance Officer designation.
6. <div style="text-align: justify;">Recognition of City of Justin Human Resources Director Janet Holden for passing her Texas Municipal Human Resources Association exam and achieving the TMHRA-CP designation.
7. <div style="text-align: justify;">Consider and take appropriate action regarding the second reading of Ordinance No. 864-26, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Justin, Texas, approving the Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 1 2026 Annual Service Plan Update to the 2025 Amended and Restated Service and Assessment Plan, including the updated Improvement Area #1, Improvement Area #2-A, Improvement Area #2-B, Improvement Area #3, and the Major Improvement Area Assessment Rolls, in accordance with Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended; and providing an effective date.
8. <div style="text-align: justify;">Consider and take appropriate action regarding the second reading of Ordinance No. 865-26, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Justin, Texas, approving the Timberbrook Public Improvement District No. 2 2026 Annual Service Plan Update to the 2025 Amended and Restated Service and Assessment Plan, including the updated Improvement Area #1 and Improvement Area #2 Assessment Rolls, in accordance with Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended; and providing an effective date.
9. <div style="text-align: justify;">Badge-pinning and swearing in ceremony and formal introduction of Police Officer Connor Wiltse by Interim Police Chief Rick Pippins.
