  2. Deliberate and take appropriate action on awarding a contract to McWhorters Electric, Inc. for a new generator at the N.O. Simmons elevated storage tank (EST).
  3. Deliberate and take appropriate action on awarding a contract to Bell's Air Conditioning & Heating for a new generator at the Animal Control Facility.
  4. Open Session<br>City Council will reconvene in Open Session at which time action may be taken on the matter(s) discussed in Closed Session pursuant to the provisions of of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:<ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li id="isPasted">Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) deliberations regarding the contract and appointment of interim municipal judge for the Ingleside Municipal Court of Record. Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) regarding the process and procedures concerning procurement and bid proposals and related legal issues.
  5.
