1. Deliberate and take appropriate action to authorize the City Manager to approve the renewal of the Texas Health Benefits Plan for Oct. 1, 2025 through Sept. 30, 2026.
2. Deliberate and take appropriate action on a Resolution to enter into an Agreement to participate in a local government cooperative purchasing program pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, the Interlocal Cooperation Act ("Act") and elect to be a Cooperative Member in the MoakCasey Interlocal Purchasing Cooperative in accordance with and pursuant to the Act and Section 271.101 of the Texas Government Code.
3. Deliberate and take appropriate action on a contract between the City of Ingleside and Tri-County Emergency Medical Services, Inc. for ambulance and emergency medical services for the City of Ingleside.
4. Deliberate and take appropriate action on a request from Parks and Recreation for the Purchase of a 50-Foot Christmas Tree and Decorations from Holiday Outdoor Decor utilizing the City Council Discretionary Funds.
5. Deliberate and take appropriate action on an Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget for the City of Ingleside, Texas, for the use of Council Discretionary Funds for the purchase of a 50-foot Christmas Tree for "Lighting of the Tree."
