6. Deliberate and take appropriate action on awarding a proposal to McWhorter's Electric, Inc. for the purchase and installation of a backup electrical generator at the City of Ingleside Municipal Court.
7. <span style="font-size: 16px;">Deliberate and take appropriate action on the purchase of a Motor Grader using Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative for the Street Department, a Water Truck using TIPS Purchasing Cooperative for the Street Department and a Boom Lift using BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the Facilities Maintenance Department as appropriated in the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget.
