2. Deliberate and take appropriate action to authorize the Mayor to execute an Agreement for the appointment of Texas Attorney Epi Ysassi as the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Ingleside, Texas.
3. Deliberate and take appropriate action on a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ingleside, Texas, designating primary depository services to Frost Bank and for the City Council of the City of Ingleside to authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a contract for the City of Ingleside Depository Services for three (3) years beginning on February 1, 2026, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods to Frost Bank for the city's primary bank.
4. Deliberate and take appropriate action to authorize the use of Federal asset forfeiture funds to purchase an Axon Skydio X10 Drone, through the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative.
5. Deliberate and take appropriate action on authorizing the purchase of a JD 325G Skid Steer for the Wastewater Department as appropriated in the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year CIP Budget, through the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative.
6. Deliberate and take appropriate action on the approval of Change Order Number 2 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the credit amount of $798,122.00.
7. <div>Deliberate and take appropriate action on the approval of Change Order Number 1 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $38,020.50.
8. Call Meeting to Order.
9. Deliberate and take appropriate action to award AGCM a proposal in the amount of $116,576.00 to oversee the construction of the Avenue B Drainage Project.
