  1. Deliberate and take appropriate action regarding an agreement for marketing and promotional video production services for the City, including authorization of the City Manager to negotiate the terms of an agreement for City Council approval.
  2. Deliberate and take appropriate action on an agreement between the City of Ingleside and the Ingleside Little League Association for the use of the Bennie Diegel Baseball/Softball Complex.
  3. Deliberate and take appropriate action on an agreement between the City of Ingleside and the Mustang Infinite Softball Association for the use of the Faith Park Baseball/Softball Complex.
  4. Closed Session<br>City Council will meet in Closed Session pursuant to the provision of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:<ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li>Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) — to consult with the City Attorney and deliberate regarding the February 2026 performance reevaluation of the City Manager, including performance-based contractual consideration under the City Manager Employment Agreement.
  5. Open SessionCity Council will reconvene in Open Session at which time action on the matter(s) discussed in Closed Session may be considered.<br id="isPasted"><ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li>Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) — to consult with the City Attorney and deliberate regarding the February 2026 performance reevaluation of the City Manager, including performance-based contractual consideration under the City Manager Employment Agreement.
  6. Deliberate and take appropriate action for the City Council to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Freese & Nichols for Engineering Services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA)/Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) funding administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Texas Division of Emergency Management and/or Texas Water Development Board.
