Deliberate and take appropriate action on a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ingleside, Texas, approving a standardized Facility Use License Agreement for the City of Ingleside Garden Center and Humble Station Community and Youth Center and approving License Fees for use of those facilities.
  2. Closed Session<br>City Council will meet in Closed Session pursuant to the provision of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:<ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li>Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) — to consult with the City Attorney and deliberate regarding the February 2026 performance reevaluation of the City Manager, including performance-based contractual consideration under the City Manager Employment Agreement.
  3. Open SessionCity Council will reconvene in Open Session at which time action on the matter(s) discussed in Closed Session may be considered.<br id="isPasted"><ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li>Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) — to consult with the City Attorney and deliberate regarding the February 2026 performance reevaluation of the City Manager, including performance-based contractual consideration under the City Manager Employment Agreement.
  4. Deliberate and take appropriate action on the approval of Change Order Number 4 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in the credit amount of $201,826.36.
  5. Call Meeting to Order.
  6. Deliberate and take appropriate action on a Resolution by the City of Ingleside, Texas suspending the April 18, 2026 effective date of the proposal by CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp., d/b/a CenterPoint Energy Entex and CenterPoint Energy Texas Gas - Houston, Texas Coast, South Texas, and Beaumont/East Texas geographic rate areas, to implement interim GRIP rate adjustments for gas utility investment in 2025 and requiring delivery of this Resolution to the company and legal counsel.
