Closed Session<br>City Council will meet in Closed Session pursuant to the provision of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:<ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li>Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) - Discussion of legal issues related to a proposed Administrative Services Agreement between the Ingleside Development Corporation and the City of Ingleside.Pursuant to Section 551.087 (Economic Development Negotiations) - Update on ongoing industry and retail negotiations.</li><li>Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) - Consultation with City Attorney regarding legal issues related to the Cove Park Land Exchange Agreement.

Open SessionCity Council will reconvene in Open Session at which time action on the matter(s) discussed in Closed Session may be considered.<ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li>Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) - Discussion of legal issues related to a proposed Administrative Services Agreement between the Ingleside Development Corporation and the City of Ingleside.Pursuant to Section 551.087 (Economic Development Negotiations) - Update on ongoing industry and retail negotiations.</li><li id="isPasted">Pursuant to Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) - Consultation with City Attorney regarding legal issues related to the Cove Park Land Exchange Agreement.
  3. Deliberate and take appropriate action on the authorization of the purchase of a new ladder truck for the Ingleside Volunteer Fire Department from Siddons-Martin Emergency Group through the Houston-Galveston Council of Governments a cooperative purchasing program.
  4. Deliberate and take appropriate action on the first and only reading of an Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget for the City of Ingleside, Texas, General Fund for the appropriation of funds for purchase of uniforms for the Volunteer Fire Department.
