1. Deliberate and take appropriate action for the City Council to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Roland Rodriguez for marketing and promotional video production services for the City.
2. Deliberate and take appropriate action on an agreement with Donald Baker Consulting for an Operational Audit of the Ingleside Police Department, and authorizing the City Manager to finalize and execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
3. Deliberate and take appropriate action on an agreement with Claudia Fernandez for financial consulting services, including development of a new chart of accounts and review of financial procedures; and authorize the City Manager to expend City Council discretionary funds in an amount not to exceed $30,000 and execute an hourly rate agreement.
