- Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.072 (deliberation regarding real property), the City Council shall convene into executive session to deliberate potential acquisitions, by purchase or lease, of real property interests at various locations within the City limits and/or extraterritorial jurisdiction for providing additional community spaces for the public use.
- Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2025-095 authorizing the City Manager to execute Task order #3 under a general service agreement with Holbrook Asphalt, LLC in the amount of $863,046.20 for the purchase and installation of high-density mineral bond seal ("HA5") treatment for asphalt pavement. - Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2025-099 authorizing the City Manager to execute a general service agreement with Pencco Chemicals in the amount of $23,097.48 for the purchase and delivery of liquid ammonium sulfate (LAS) for drinking water treatment chemicals. - Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2025-098 authorizing the City Manager to execute a general service agreement with PVS in the amount of $94,050 for the purchase and delivery of chlorine for drinking water treatment chemicals. (Rick Coronado)
