2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.071 (Attorney Consultation) and pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (Real Estate) to deliberate and seek legal advice regarding a lease of property owned by the City of Hutto.
3. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.071, (Consultation with Attorney), to deliberate and seek legal advice regarding the following legal matters: a) City of Hutto et. al. v. McGinnis Lochridge, LLP, et. al, pending in Williamson County District Court;b ) Hutto v. Brooklands, et. al, Cause No. 23-1222-C395, pending in the 395th District Court of Williamson County, Texas; c) Service Area Agreement between the City of Hutto and Jonah Water Special Utility District, ("Jonah"), pursuant to Texas Water Code § 13.248 to transfer 77.22-acre property, also, known as the Kirk Tract, from Jonah CCN to Hutto CCN;d) Development Agreement and Municipal Services Agreement between the City of Hutto and Nason Garret Hengst, as Trustee for the development of the Kirk Tract;e) Recharge Water Sale Agreement for the Wholesale Delivery and Sale of Potable Water dated September 12, 2023, as amended; f) Ground Water Reservation Agreement with Export Permit for EPCOR NR Holdings, Inc.;<br>g) Addendum to the Engagement Agreement with the Chapman Firm, PLLC, for legal services related to procurement and claims involving public work projects; <br>h) Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 3 Interlocal Sales Tax Sharing Agreement with the City of Hutto;<br>i) Settlement proposal in PUC Docket No 57303 - Petition of City of Hutto for a Cease and Desist Order against Preserve Hutto, LLC.
