  3. Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2025-290 approving the proposed lease for the property located at 101 Park Street Hutto, TX 78634. (Legal)
  4. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.071, (Consultation with Attorney), to deliberate and seek legal advice regarding the following legal matters: (a) the proposed lease for the property located at 101 Park Street Hutto, TX 78634; (b) the Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 3 Interlocal Agreements for the Allocation of Sales Tax Revenue with the City of Hutto, including any area annexed by the City of Hutto within the Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 3; (c) the creation of the Stromberg Public Improvement District; (d) the annexation of the Kirk Tract, provision of services pursuant to the Municipal Service Agreement; and agreement with Jonah Water Special Utility District for the provision of water to the Kirk Tract; and the determination of wholesale or retail water rates for temporary service to the development known as the Kirk Tract; and (e) the creation of the HWY 130 Mixed Use Public Improvement District.
