- Receive legal advice pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.071, (Consultation with Attorney), to deliberate and seek legal advice regarding: a) Interlocal Agreements for the allocation of sales tax revenue between the Williamson County Emergency Services District #3 and the City of Hutto, Texas; b) Odis Jones v. City of Hutto, Texas, Case No. 1:20-cv-01210-ML, pending in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, Austin Division; c) Midway Development Group, LLC v. Hutto Economic Development Corporation, et. al,</em> cause no. 2026-11003, pending in the 334<sup>th</sup> District Court, Harris County, Texas; d) Procuring successor contractor to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. as Limmer Loop and Innovation Boulevard signal contractor after February 11, 2026, termination for cause of original contract, authorized by Resolution R-2025-68, dated March 27, 2025.
- Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2025-062 related to approval of a change order to STR Constructors and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same for the Fritz Park Improvements project in the amount of $13,000. (CIP P02-2023). (Patricia Davis)
- Consideration and possible action for inclusion of the Certified Autism Center design elements and Resolution No. R-2026-060 authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1, for design professional services with MWMDesignGroup, Inc. to increase the original timeline by adding 113 business days on the Hutto Lake Park Playground Project at no cost (CIP P34-2025).
