2. Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2026-127 authorizing the City Manager to execute a change order #2 with Liberty Civil Construction, LLC for no additional cost and 110 additional days for the modifications to the Legend of Hutto Drainage Improvements Phase I project (CIP D01-2024).
