- Receive legal advice pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.071, (Consultation with Attorney), to deliberate and seek legal advice regarding: a) The proposed Interlocal Wastewater Agreement by and between the City of Hutto and the City of Round Rock to facilitate wastewater service to the Chandler Road Project; and b) Interlocal Agreement with Hutto Independent School District for Improvements to CR 137 and FM 1660 S Intersection.
