Preston Hollow Capital, LLC, pending in the Texas Supreme Court; c) Amendment to the Incentive Agreement with Paradigm Metals; and d) Sales Tax Sharing Interlocal Agreements and proposed Interlocal Agreement for Fire Services with the Williamson County Emergency Services District # 3.
- Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2026-141 approving Supplement No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) in the amount of $359,145.14 for additional professional engineering services associated with the CR 163 Reconstruction Project, including schematic design and preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) (CIP Project T18-2025).
