- Receive legal advice pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.071, (Consultation with Attorney), to deliberate and seek legal advice regarding: a) Hutto Gateway Public Improvement District and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone; b) Sales Tax Sharing Interlocal Agreements and proposed Interlocal Agreement for Fire Services with the Williamson County Emergency Services District # 3; c) Dissolution of Williamson County Emergency Services District pursuant to the Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 775, Emergency Services District; Sales Tax Election to reduce Williamson County Emergency Services District # 3 sales tax; Annexation or Disannexation of an area within the Williamson County Emergency Services District # 3; and d) Adam Orgain Restroom Project Defects (CIP P19-2024, IFB No. 2025-060-JW-02).
- Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2026-149 authorizing additional professional design and environmental services for the Brushy Creek Wastewater Interceptor Phase 4 Capital Project, included in the original Individual Project Order (IPO) Task Order 24-03A-01 with STV (Capital Improvement Project WW11-2025), and approving the reallocation of funds in the amount of $194,455.00, with no new funds being requested.
