- Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2026-166 approving an Individual Project Order with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $155,618.01 for professional engineering services related to a traffic signal warrant study, traffic signal design, and the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the Emory Farms and Ed Schmidt Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project as part of the Live Oak Extension Project (T46/T79-2025)</span>.
