Consideration and possible action on Resolution No. R-2026-166 approving an Individual Project Order with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $155,618.01 for professional engineering services related to a traffic signal warrant study, traffic signal design, and the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the Emory Farms and Ed Schmidt Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project as part of the Live Oak Extension Project (T46/T79-2025)</span>. Consideration and possible action on Ordinance No. O-2026-033 adopting the Second Amendment to the Stromberg Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning ordinance adopted by ordinance no. 0-2025-047, by allowing for residential, commercial and industrial uses by adding the First Amended development plan with the additional plan labeled as exhibit "B" with an expiration date of January 1, 2030, for the uses allowed by Exhibit "B".
