2. Consider approving the 2025 Election Services Contract and Joint Election Agreement with Walker County for the November 4, 2025, General Election for the purpose of electing a Mayor at-large and four (4) Ward Councilmembers to serve three-year terms and any Special Election that may be called by the City.
