5. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for printing and mailing services for utility bills and informative inserts.
6. <strong id="isPasted">First Reading: </strong>Consider authorizing the City Manager to award the construction contract for CIP 23-24 Waterline Replacement Project with S-Co Inc. for an amount of $1,342,034.00.
7. Consider acceptance of a grant award from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for the purchase of a Zodiac rescue boat, motor, trailer and accessories.
8. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement Amendment #1 with Pape–Dawson Engineers for professional engineering services for the FY 23-24 Waterline Replacement Projects.
9. <strong>First Reading:</strong> Consider authorizing the City Manager to award the City Hall Audio-Visual (AV) Installation Project to NCS in the amount of $318,504.50 and to designate the City’s Information Technology Department as project manager, with NCS as the installer.
