1. Consider authorizing the City Manager to approve a contract for the replastering of the competition pool at the Frank D. "Poncho" Roberts Aquatic Center.
2. Consider approving the 2025 Election Services Contract with Walker County for the Runoff Election to be held on December 13, 2025, for the purpose of electing a Ward One Councilmember to serve a three-year term.
3. <strong id="isPasted">First Reading - </strong>Consider acceptance of a grant in the amount of $4,500,000.00 award from GLO, CDBG-DR adopting Resolution 2025-43 and designating the City Manager as the Authorized Representative to execute all contract documents. The City will be responsible for a 10% match amount of $450,000.00 for the MLK Street Improvement.
4. <strong id="isPasted">First Reading - </strong>Consider acceptance of a grant award in the amount of $1,099,500.00 from GLO, CDBG-MIT funds adopting Resolution 2025-42 and designating the City Manager as the Authorized Representative to execute all contract documents. The City will be responsible for a 0% match amount of $0.00 for the Autumn Road Flood and Drainage Project.
