3. Consider authorizing the City Manager to approve a contract for Real Estate Brokerage Services
4. <strong>First Reading </strong>- Consider authorizing the City Manager to award the construction contractor for CIP 23-24 Water Line Replacement Project to Underground Construction Solutions, LLC for an amount of $2,970,496.00, Project # 24-10-10.
