3. <strong>First Reading - </strong>Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with LJA Engineering, Inc. for Basic Engineering Phase II and Additional Services A2O Alternative professional engineering services for the FY 24-25 Robinson Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project.
4. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Halff Associates for professional engineering services for the Autumn Lake Flood and Drainage Project funded by a Grant from the Texas General Land Office (GLO) under the Regional Mitigation Program (RMP).
5. Consider ratifying an Employee Contract with Robby Chapman as City Attorney.
6. <strong>First Reading</strong> - Consider authorizing the City Manager to award the purchase of Street Milling/Overlay Services, Street Reconstruction, and Thermoplastic Pavement Striping.
