1. Consider approving Resolution 2026-20, approving a bond resolution of the Trinity River Authority; and authorizing the execution and delivery of “Trinity River Authority of Texas - First Amendment - Huntsville Regional Water Supply System Contract”.
2. <strong data-pasted="true">First Reading - </strong>Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with LJA Engineering for professional engineering services for the Drainage Projects included in the Drainage Utility Fees.
3. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with UES Professional Solutions 64, LLC for environmental professional services for the Autumn Lake Flood and Drainage, and MLK Street Improvements Projects funded by a Grant from the Texas General Land Office (GLO) under the Regional Mitigation Program (RMP).
4. City Council will convene in closed session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.071 for consultation with attorney to receive legal advice regarding Casey v City of Huntsville, Cause No. 14770CV; appeal of Castilleja v City of Huntsville, Cause No. 2331107; SOAH Docket No. 473-26-11795/Public Utility Commission Docket No. 58983; settlement agreement related to City of Huntsville v ADG, Inc., Cause No. 2230703.
