6. Consider recommending the City Council authorize the City Manager to award the purchase of Solid Waste Refuse Commercial Collection Containers to Wastequip.
7. Consider recommending City Council authorize the City Manager to award the purchase of FY 2027 vehicles and equipment from multiple vendors in the total amount of $2,411,329.37.

Consider recommending City Council to authorize the City Manager to approve the Construction Phase Services and additional services based on TCEQ requirements - Phase 3 professional engineering services for the Dawson Lake Dam Drainage Project with Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $343,393.00.
