4. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Consider authorizing the City Manager to award the construction contract for Project # 24-10-05 Dawson Lake Dam Reconstruction to Crockett Construction, Inc. in the amount of $858,290.00.
5. Consider authorizing the City Manager to award the purchase of FY 2027 vehicles and equipment from multiple vendors in the total amount of $2,411,329.37.
6. Consider authorizing the City Manager to award the purchase of Solid Waste Refuse Commercial Collection Containers to Wastequip in the amount of $135,269.77.
7. Consider the petition requesting inclusion of approximately 410.092 acres of land (A-579 J Whitley Survey, Tract 16 & approximately 234.370 acres of the A-160 M De Chaume Survey, Tract 1) in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Huntsville, Texas under provisions of the Texas Local Government Code § 42.022(b) by TW Keeland LTD. 8. Consider the petition requesting inclusion of approximately 20 acres of land (A-433 T.R. 10. Consider approval of continued annual maintenance with SHI Government Solutions, Inc. for Google Workspace.
11. Consider approval of continued annual maintenance with Tyler Technologies for Finance, Public Safety, Utility Billing, and Municipal Court Software.
12. Consider approval of continued annual maintenance with CivicPlus for City Website, City Secretary, Development Services, and Parks and Leisure software.
13. Consider approving Resolution No. 2026-35, designating the Huntsville Item as the official newspaper for the City of Huntsville, to begin October 1, 2026, and expiring on September 30, 2027.
14. Consider authorizing the City Manager to approve the Construction Phase Services and additional services based on TCEQ requirements - Phase 3 professional engineering services for the Dawson Lake Dam Drainage Project with Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $343,393.00.
