Consideration and possible action to approve a Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Contract and Municipal Franchise Agreement between the City of Hondo and South Texas Refuse Disposal, Inc., replacing and superseding the City’s existing solid waste services agreement, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
2. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" id="isPasted"><strong><span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: 14px; text-transform: uppercase;">Consideration and possible action to approve a Mutual Aid Agreement for Complex Emergency Response and Investigation Planning with the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Medina County Sheriff’s Office, as required by Texas Government Code § 772.013 (H.B. 33), and authorizing the Chief of Police to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
