3. Review, discuss, and take action authorizing the Town Administrator to execute a professional services agreement with Forvis Mazars, LLP to conduct the annual financial statement audit for fiscal years 2026 through 2028, with the option to extend the engagement for an additional two years.
4. Recognition of the Town of Highland Park for its receipt of the 2024 Triple Crown Award, conferred by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.
5. Take action on the minutes of the Town Council study session held on June 16, 2026.
6. Take action on the minutes of the Town Council meeting held on June 16, 2026.
7. Take action on an amendment to Chapter 3 Building Regulations regarding sawing and cutting.
