6. <span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Review, discuss, and take action on an ordinance to adopt the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Proposed Budget, with revisions, in the amount of $80,564,916, including interfund transfers of $11,240,205.
7. Review, discuss, and take action on an ordinance setting the Town's ad valorem tax rate at $0.192042 per $100 of taxable assessed valuation of all taxable property for the 2026 Tax Year, as determined by the Dallas Central Appraisal District.
8. Review, discuss, and take action ratifying a property tax increase of $928,303, which is an increase of 4.54 percent over last year's adjusted levy and includes $211,900 in revenues generated from new property added to the tax roll.
9. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Conduct a public hearing, review, discuss, and take action on an amendment to an ordinance to establish Resident-Only Parking in the 3100 and 3200 Blocks of Drexel Drive and the 5400 Block of Sewanee Avenue.
