  3. Conduct a public hearing and consider a variance from Section 13-101 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow two multifamily buildings on property located at 4501 Westway Avenue.
  4. Conduct a public hearing and consider a variance from Section 12-101(3) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow an 8 foot 3 inch variance from the required 10 foot separation requirement between a primary structure and an accessory building, resulting in a separation of 1 foot 7 inches on property located at 3205 Mockingbird Lane.
  5. Conduct a public hearing and consider a variance from Section 8-701 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a 1.5% variance from the maximum 40% lot coverage requirement, resulting in a total lot coverage of 41.5% on property located at 3514 Lindenwood Avenue.
  6. Conduct a public hearing and consider a variance from Section 12-101(2)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a 6.5 foot side yard setback variance from the required 10 foot side yard setback, resulting in a setback of 3.5 feet for an accessory building on property located at 5501 Golf Drive.
  7. Conduct a public hearing to allow a 5.5 foot variance from the required 10-foot side yard setback requirement, resulting in a setback of 4.5 feet for a proposed new house on property located at 3635 Beverly Drive.
