7. Public hearing and possible action on<strong> Ordinance No. 2026-09</strong> rezoning property located in the 1100 block of West Warren Road, more particularly described as follows: O’Campo C A-32, an approximately 55-acre tract, property IDs 138705, 414005, and 417489, from R-1 Single Family and R-1-G Garden Home Districts to PD Planned Development District (Residential and Commercial).
