Request that the County Judge execute a Concessionaire Agreement between Harris County and Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association, Inc. for use and to make improvements to a certain portion of Bayer Park for the purpose of providing recreational facilities for the residents of Harris County, to promote health and exercise, to develop within the residents the spirit of good sportsmanship and cooperation, and to provide a means to actively and recreationally occupy the time and leisure of the residents.
