Request by the Office of Management and Budget for approval of an order authorizing and ordering the issuance of Harris County, Texas Permanent Improvement Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2026B; authorizing the authorized representative to approve the amounts, interest rates, prices and terms thereof and certain matters relating thereto; levying a continuing and direct annual ad valorem tax and pledging such tax and certain revenues to the payment of said certificates; prescribing the terms and form thereof; providing for the payment of the principal thereof and interest thereon; awarding the sale thereof; authorizing the preparation and distribution of an Official Statement to be used in connection with the sale of the certificates; and making other provisions regarding such certificates, including use of the proceeds thereof, and matters incident thereto, and all other activities which will support the issuance and administration of the certificates, including the opening of bank accounts.
