Request by Housing and Community Development for approval to authorize (a) creation of a local government corporation to serve as the homeowners association entity for Providence Place with approval for initial Board Members listed herein; (b) the Executive Director of the Harris County Housing & Community Development (“HCD”), or her designated delegee, to execute on behalf of Harris County, Homeowners Association (“HOA”) documents, including Article of Incorporation, By-Laws and other Documents related to the matters referenced herein or encumbering the property through Deed Restrictions for Providence Place, also known as Ella and request for approval of recorded Plat for Providence Place; (c) to fund the homeowner’s association for the initial three (3) - year development period following closing as described herein; and (d) the transfer of title to the common areas of Providence Place to the homeowners association.
