Request that the County Judge execute a Concessionaire Agreement between Harris County and Cypress Historical Society whereby Concessionaire will assist the County in preserving and promoting the history of Cypress, Harris County, Texas, and its surrounding area; and, to provide a means to educationally and recreationally occupy time and leisure of said citizens; and to make improvements to certain portions of Cypress Top Historic Park.
