Request by Housing and Community Development for approval to allocate up to $670,100 for eligible pre-development costs for the Eastex Project, within the previously approved conditional award of up to $6,000,000 in Community Development Block Program Income (CDBG PI) funds for the purchase of real property to be used for multi-family housing development.
