Request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent that the County Judge execute an amendment to an agreement with First3Years to update the Scope of Work (Exhibit A) for programs or interventions to be funded by the Harris County Early Childhood Impact Fund to improve early childhood health and development outcomes, reduce disparities, and generate evidence to better meet the needs of young children and their families for Harris County for the period of February 22, 2022 - September 30, 2025, at no cost to the County (200315).
