Consideration and possible action to award a contract to Scheibe Consulting in the amount of $332,355.25 for professional engineering services for the design and environmental permitting of the Arroyo Colorado Hike and Bike Trail Extension Project Phase III, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
