Consideration and possible action to approve a request to assign the Community Development's Program Manager for the HOME Investment Partnership Program American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) to negotiate then authorize the City Manager to finalize the purchase of property within the city limits of Harlingen to convert and/or rehabilitate into affordable rental housing for qualifying populations as approved by HUD in the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan dated September 11, 2023. Attachment (CDBG).
