1. Discuss, consider and take possible action to authorize the transfer of funds from the Street Maintenance Sales Tax Fund to the Capital Fund, and authorize the City Manager to execute the purchase order agreement for the purchase of street maintenance and repair equipment.
2. Discuss, consider and take possible action to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Verdunity for the preparation of the Comprehensive Plan Update, with a total cost not to exceed that which is budgeted in the FY26 budget.
3. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the adoption of proposed Ordinance 733-B: Deer Management Program Amendment.
