DBA ASI Signage Innovations (ASI) in the amount of $38,282 through a national interlocal agreement with the General Service Administration (GSA). Both contracts are for requested operational improvements and renovations to the Epic. In addition to the construction/renovation contracts with THD and ASI, staff is also recommending an electrical service allowance of $12,000, a construction testing allowance of $7,500 and a five-percent (5%) owner contingency in the amount of $5,260 for a total funding request of $110,467
