Ordinance amending the FY 2019/2020 Capital Improvement Projects Budget; Change Order/Amendment No. 2 with Merriman Anderson Architects (MAA) in the amount of $2,538,650 for design development services, construction document production, bidding and negotiation consultation and construction administration services for the new EpicCentral retail and entertainment destination. In addition to the fee proposal provided by MAA, staff is recommending a 5% design contingency in the amount of $126,933 along with a reimbursable expenses allowance of $80,525 resulting in a total request of $2,746,108
