- Discuss and take action on Resolution R-04-24, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, determining the existence of a public need and necessity and a public purpose for the acquisition of the land described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto for the expansion of Bear Creek Road; approving an agreement with Stateside Right of Way Services, LLC for provision of right of way acquisition services related to the project; authorizing the purchase of the required rights of way and/or other property interests for just compensation; authorizing a last and final offer and authorizing the City Attorney to file proceedings in eminent domain to acquire such property if such last and final offer is refused or not timely accepted; and providing for an effective date.
