- Discussion and take action to approve Resolution R-34-26, approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for food establishment inspection and environmental health services with Dallas County; authorizing the City Manager to execute the same; and providing an effective date. - Discussion and take action to approve Resolution R-35-26, approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for coordinated health services with Dallas County, Texas on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services, to provide public health services to City residents; authorizing the City Manager to execute the same; and providing an effective date. - To ensure that City Council meetings are conducted in an orderly, respectful, and efficient manner, all attendees are expected to observe the following standards of decorum:• Address the Council only when recognized by the Mayor or Presiding Officer.• Refrain from interrupting Council Members, City staff, speakers, or other attendees.• Do not call out comments, directions, or instructions from the audience during the meeting. Demonstrations, shouting, or other disruptive conduct is prohibited.• Maintain respectful behavior at all times. Personal attacks, threatening behavior, or conduct that disrupts the orderly transaction of business will not be permitted.</div><br>The Mayor or Presiding Officer is responsible for preserving order and may take appropriate action, including issuing a warning, directing an individual to cease disruptive behavior, requesting removal from the meeting, or recessing the meeting when necessary to ensure compliance with applicable law and the City's rules of procedure.
