- Ordinance No. 143-102024 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Garden Ridge, Texas, granting an exclusive Municipal Materials Management Agreement between the City of Garden Ridge, Texas, and BFI Waste Services of Texas, L.P., dba/Republic Services of San Antonio a Texas Limited Partnership, for the collection and disposal of solid waste and recycling service; setting forth general specifications establishing rates for collection and disposal of solid waste and recycling service; providing for enforcement and the collection of established rates; providing a penalty for violations of this ordinance of a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 and making each day a separate offense; providing a cumulative and savings clause; providing for severability; and declaring an effective date.
