Public hearing and action on Ordinance No. 253-092026 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Garden Ridge, Texas, adopting a Tax Rate of $0.254138 per one hundred dollars ($100.00) consisting of the Maintenance and Operation Rate and Debt Service Rate of assessed valuation for the City of Garden Ridge to be effective for the 2026 Tax Year (Fiscal Year 2027). Ordinance No. 252-092026 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Garden Ridge, Texas, adopting the Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027; providing for a cumulative clause; a severability clause; and a savings clause; declaring an effective date; and declaring proper notice of meeting. Ordinance No. 162-092026 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Garden Ridge, Texas, establishing a nuisance abatement program for the City of Garden Ridge; prohibiting the accumulation of garbage, trash, weeds, brush, rubbish, fugitive dust emissions, and other nuisance matters; establishing general nuisances; setting forth public hearing, abatement, and removal regulations and requirements; establishing criminal and civil penalties for violations; providing a cumulative and savings clause; providing for severability; and declaring an effective date.
